Returns, Exchanges and Credits
Becket will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased through the becketdress.com websites for a full refund or store credit less any applicable return shipping charges. Returned items must meet the following requirements: item(s) returned within two weeks of purchase; original tags are attached to garment; there are no signs of wear, alteration, staining, scent (perfume, smoke or body odor) or cleaning/laundered. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Please note: When returning orders that include a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase MUST be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. When exchanging an item of equal or lesser value, the Gift with Purchase may be retained
A refund for the purchase price, less any applicable return shipping charges, will be provided to the purchaser’s credit card, when the merchandise is received within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear depending on your banking/credit institution. (Note: If a purchase is made with a Becket Gift Card or e-gift certificate, the refund will be issued as an e-gift certificate).
Merchandise Credit: A merchandise credit, in the form of an e-gift certificate, for the purchase price less any applicable return shipping charges, will be provided when merchandise is received after 30 days up to 90 days from the date of shipment. (Note: E-Gift Certificates are only redeemable at only.)
Exchanges are free and will not be charged shipping fees.

Please complete the Return & Exchange form that was included with your original shipment and enclose it with your securely packed merchandise. Please clearly list which item(s) you wish to return for credit or exchange.

Other Return Methods: If you do not wish to use our pre-addressed label, you may choose to use any trackable, insured shipping method of your choice. The cost of the freight must be pre-paid at the point of shipment. Becket is not responsible for any returns not received.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect Item from please report the item(s) via telephone or email within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please follow the instructions above for returning your damaged or incorrect item and indicate this on the return form. You will not be charged for using our shipping label.
Missing packages must be reported within 14 days from the stated delivery date, in order to investigate and replace your order.
A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a Full Price item, when an original invoice or order confirmation from is presented within 14 days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at Full Price are not eligible for price adjustments.
